Sachse Child Care

I provide quality childcare in a loving home for children ages 6 weeks to 3 years of age. I offer a "Daycare Center" setup without the costly center prices, plus your child will receive the personal care and attention they deserve that may not always be possible in large centers.

Everyday we do our alphabet, numbers and colors. We build with blocks, play dress up, and make believe. We put together puzzles and read books. We tell stories, play with sand and water draw, paint, color and play outside. All these activities are aimed at helping the children to do things on their own and to be curious and interested in all that is going on around them. I talk with them, I ask them questions and answer their questions to help them learn new words and to express their feelings.

Children learn by:

  • Hands-On and Teacher Directed activities.

  • Repetition

  • Encouragement and Love

  • Creative Learning Atmosphere

  • Through their Senses

  • Alternating Activities From Quiet to Active Times

  • With Lots of Patience and Understanding

Play is an important part of a child's development.  It is how young children understand the world around them.  Some of the activities the children engage in are art, sensory play and music.  We have story time and outdoor play.  Each child is given the opportunity to express him/herself in independent and group play, but I also make sure to spend one on one time with each child throughout the day.

At Sachse Child Care the children have the chance to develop important first friendships.  A family group daycare provides them with opportunities to form close relationships with other children.  Establishing a consistent, nurturing relationship with a primary caregiver is also important to the development of young children.  These are some of the many advantages of choosing family childcare for your child.

I participate in the USDA Food Program. You can be assured that your child's nutritional needs will be met per the regulations of the Program.
